We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another client.

• 48+ hours notice: No charge
• Within 48 hours: £10 late cancellation fee
• The day before: 50% of the groom price
• On the day: 75% of the grooming price
• No-shows: Full service fee required before rebooking

Jess has 5 years of experience and exceptional patience. Our approach includes:

We handle matted coats with care and professionalism:

• We assess the severity first
• Severe matts must be clipped for your dog's comfort (pulling causes pain)
• We check for any skin irritation underneath
• Clear communication about options and pricing before proceeding
• Advice on preventing future matting

A surcharge applies for matted coats due to extra time and specialized equipment needed. We follow Animal Welfare Act 2006 guidelines.

Yes, new clients require a £10 non-refundable deposit.

This helps us:

The deposit is deducted from your final bill. Regular clients don't need deposits for future appointments.
